It's already more than two weeks of February. My early February was so awasegreatmazing!! One of unforgettable moment in my life. I joined ESA Camping Project in Balai Karangan for a week. That's one of an orientation event for freshmen. I'm lucky to join that. Lucky to be there, lucky to be one of ESA member :)
February, 2nd 2012.
My father drove me to campus at 6 am. Some of my friends already there with tons of bags. We held a ceremony by some lecturers. Then we went by bus about 9 am. The trip was very frustating and seemed so looonggggggg. I sat next to the Wulan. It took us 8 hours to reach the place of camp. The cloud was very dark and about to rain when we arrived. We built the camp in the blizt of storm. That night was the worst night. We slept in heavy rain, wet camp, cold and waving land. I and my group had dinner a bowl of rice and egg made by my mom. My friend's group was Edo as the Kopral, Sisxa, Rima and Wulan. I'm stressed enough that day.
February 3rd, 2012.
PM turned the ToA up at 4 am. It felt like my body haven't got my soul completely. Just like shadow follows the body. The PM counted until ten and we ran to him. If we were late, we got ten skot jump. Actually I'm not really surprise because I've already join an event like that in High School, but it still made me mad. We prayed Subuh together in the nearest Mosque. The mosque is large and beautiful. Then we backed to camp and did some exercise together. You know, everything we did had a time. For example PM gave us one hour and all of us had to had breakfast and took a bath. We took a bath in the some house near the camp. We cooked our meal ourselves. Could you imagine everything was in hurry. You'll lose the definition of 'take a bath'. For me, if I had changed clothes, brushed teeth and washed my face that was already 'take a bath'. My group had Noodle for breakfast and Sarden for lunch and dinner. We almost didn't have free time. When we got back to our camp, PMs would call some of our name and asked us to do something. I wished everything would end soon that day. Kak Ata and Kak Windi gave some materials in LDK 3 after we prayed Dzuhur. The material are 'Knowing One Another' and 'Time Management'. In the afternoon, all of us visited some house near the camp to introduce ourselves and told what would we did for a week ahead. The night was as same as the morning, we shared about our experience when silaturahmi in LDK 3 with Bang Rahmat. It was the second day and I already felt really exhausted. Before went to bed, there's a funny story. My camp's neighbour, Indra, always destroyed my camp. When I and my group's friend talked, he would join suddenly and said, "'Kelompok 5 ribut!" I always said "Lancip mulut kau ye ndra." as the answer. I remember it was 10 pm and my group haven't slept yet. Somebody approached our camp and said, "Ributnye gak." I thought it was Indra so I said, "Lancip mulut kau ye ndra." The camp suddenly silent and I realised that wasn't Indra, that was Bang Ucup. Wkwkwk. Right after I said it, I slept in complicated feeling xD
February 4th, 2012.
This day, about 3am we were woken up. Our senior remembered us about togetherness, about caring each other. In the morning I cooked friedrice but the rice was too wet *eh. So group 1 helped us ate that hahaha. Yelyel war in the morning after had breakfast. There were some materi about "Prinsip dan Nilai Esa", "Respect", "Memperkuat Argumen", "Alat dan Kelengkapan Organisasi" and "ECP Bukan Romantika Sesaat". In the afternoon there was a Yelyel war again then we cooked together in front of the camp. We had dinner together and "suap-suapan" huahahaha. I didn't take a bath that day wuuuu :|
February 5th, 2012.
We were woken up at 2.30 am and prayed Tahajud together. It was Maulid Nabi day :) Bang Rahmat gave "ceramah" and we were very sleepy. I bet just some of us who listened to him. Suddenly Kak Nanda turned the fan on, and only me who surprised. I couldn't sleep again until we backed to the camp. This day we cooked and had breakfast together in front of the camp. Something happened today, Rijal threw up suddenly. 'Something' destroyed him. I got closer to my group's friends. We shared together that night until midnight. But something happened when we were going to sleep. Many dangerous ants came to my tent. It made us slept to another tent :(
February 6th, 2012.
Today we went to two school near the camp. I got Junior High School and taught English for two hours in a class. That was the first time I taught many people. It was funny. It was awkward when you got long mute after talked much and the audience still waited you to talk. Hahahahaha. In midday, I got terrible headache and made can't join the next activity. I slept near the coordinator and was given medicine. So the next activity was some elementary school students came to our camp and each of us taught two students about the basic of english. It is pity when I can't join that :( My body more fit in the night so came back to the camp. Wulan went home about 3 pm because her sister was wedding. Our camp was very wet that night. Just 3 tent that still dry. Heavy rain in the afternoon made it. That night we slept in the coordinator's camp.
February 7th, 2012.
Today was the happiest day there. We played 'Dora The Explorer' games. The coordinators broke us into some group based on the name of division in ESA. I got Division of Event Organizer with 6 others. We were given some code that had to found. The ending was we had to made a occasion in the last night. It was called 'Malam Keakraban'. I was a secretary in the committee. Lol. Everything was going fine until night.
